About the Couple
Meredith and Ryan’s love story began while they were both attending college in Waukesha, Wisconsin. According to everyone else, Ryan’s first impression of Meredith was unforgettable. After playing basketball with friends, he walked into the cafeteria and started giving everyone high fives. Meredith apparently leaped across the table to join in. Ryan’s immediate thought was, “Okay, that girl is nuts.” 😂
What started with a memorable first impression turned into a love story filled with laughter, loyalty, and a whole lot of fun.
Ryan is athletic, spontaneous, hardworking, loyal, stubborn, and honest. Meredith is creative, thoughtful, loyal, respectful, and organized. Together, they make a great team and know how to enjoy life.
The Engagement
After not taking a big vacation together since they first started dating, Meredith and Ryan decided to take a cruise in the summer of 2023.
Ryan had planned to shop for the ring with Meredith’s best friend and maid of honor, but a serious case of sunburn changed those plans. So, while Meredith was enjoying a massage on the boat, Ryan headed to the jewelry store to find the perfect ring.
He wasn’t quite sure what Meredith wanted, but he did a fantastic job. His original plan was to surprise her at the sushi restaurant, but since Meredith doesn’t like sushi, he had to improvise.
The result? A sunset proposal on the cruise, with a random person filming the whole thing. Not exactly the original plan, but it worked out beautifully. ❤️
The Big Day
For Meredith and Ryan, the perfect wedding day is all about having a good time with the people who matter most. Fancy details are not what make the day special to them. It is the people, the memories, and the moments they get to share together.
Their memory table is especially meaningful, honoring loved ones who could not be there to celebrate with them. It is a beautiful reminder that the people we love are always part of our story.
The Hay Loft Barn was one of the places her friend recommended. After visiting, Meredith instantly fell in love with it. And just like that, they found the perfect place to celebrate their love.
From a cafeteria high five to a sunset proposal, Meredith and Ryan’s love story is one for the books. 🤍 We loved celebrating these two and their love of good food, country music, and a whole lot of fun!
